Private yoga therapy sessions are designed to meet your goals and needs. Private sessions are an excellent way to discover the benefits of yoga, and to receive personalized attention. Reasons to try a private yoga session could include:

· To address pain or discomfort

· To assist with recovery from injury or trauma

· To improve mobility and range of motion in joints

· To gain the confidence to attend a group class or to practice at home​

Private yoga therapy is currently being offered both in person or online via Zoom.
